Tiffanie contacted me well over a year ago about her destination wedding photographer here in Savannah. She and Ryan are from Tampa, FL, not far from where I used to shoot weddings in Central Florida. In fact, where we did their engagement photos was at a beach that I have photographed many weddings back in my Florida wedding days. Their wedding took place at The Davenport House in Savannah in the middle of June. One thing that happens in Savannah in the middle of June is….. rain… lots and lots of rain. The sky let loose about 30 minutes before their ceremony was supposed to start. Rain doesn’t scare me much at all (or my equipment apparently), as I too am a victim of a…

Katie+Richard |Mighty Eighth Air Force Museum | Tampa Wedding Photographer
Katie and Richard were married June 1st, 2014 at the Mighty 8th Air Force Museum. The day was absolutely perfect from the weather to the gorgeous skies in the evening. Their wedding really reflected their fun and laid back personalities as their reception was held in the pub that is a part of the Air Force Museum. They had pub style food and music and it was a great party following their gorgeous ceremony inside the chapel. I loved watching this marine do his cake cutting too.. make sure you don’t miss those shots!! Congratulations Katie and Richard!! I wish you both the best.
Erika & Eric | Casa Feliz Wedding Winter Park, FL | Savannah Wedding Photographer
Erika and Eric were married in late April at Casa Feliz in Winter Park, FL. I had the pleasure of photographing a wedding for a friend of theirs last year and was honored to be referred to them for their wedding. Erika and Eric moved to Texas for Eric’s job in the middle of their wedding planning and the day before they moved we photographed their engagement photos. As with any last minute plans in Florida, we were greeted with rain during their engagement pictures, however they didn’t seem to mind and we photographed anyways. We got some amazing shots of the two of them playing, dancing, and having a great time all while it poured on us. So much fun!! Fortunately, the wedding was much drier…
Natasha+Clinton | Marshall House and Olde Pink House |Savannah Wedding Photographer Alison Epps
Natasha and Clinton were married March 29th in Savannah and I was so excited for their spring wedding. They are from Orlando, which is where I lived for the first 24 years of my life, and were recommended to me by a videographer friend I worked with often while photographing weddings in Orlando. Savannah is very much a location brides from all over love to choose for their destination weddings, and it is an honor to have some of my hometown couples getting married in Savannah. Natasha wore such a stunning gown, and we got some great shots where she got ready at the Marshall House. We ventured next door to 45 Bistro for some awesome shots at the bar. We then went over to the square…
French Styled Shoot | Brockington Hall |Tampa Wedding Photographer Alison Epps
I recently had the honor of working with some of Savannah’s greatest wedding vendors, putting together a fun and elegant styled shoot. I love all things French, in fact right around this time last year I was walking around Marie Antoinette’s estate in the middle of Versailles. Everything was of course over the top, which is how we wanted our shoot! What better setting than Brockington Hall? It has the charm of a french estate with gold trimmings and large mirrors and chandeliers. I can’t James and Liz from Joann’s Florist enough for all the hard work they did. They provided the table settings and chairs, bouquets and centerpieces (multiple bouquets.. 3 to be exact..), and designed our scenes for the dessert table arrangements. Not…
